Head of Credit Risk / RWA / Credit Reporting

I am partnering with a well-established Financial Service to identify a Head for their Integrated Portfolio Risk management division. You will drive the bank's portfolio risk strategy, lead stress testing and capital optimization efforts, and ensure the bank remains resilient and competitive under evolving economic and regulatory conditions - including climate risk. You will be leading sub pillars within the Portfolio Risk management. The objective of this role is:Setting the overall portfolio risk direction and ensuring the bank maintains a sound, forward-looking credit risk postureDriving RWA optimization and ensuring efficient capital usage aligned to Basel/BNM requirementsOverseeing integrated stress testing, reverse stress testing, and climate stress testing frameworksStrengthening the bank's risk analytics, modelling capability, and governanceProviding strategic insights to senior management for risk-adjusted growth and capital planningIf you are ready to level up in your career, this is a great opportunity for you!
