We're looking for exceptional talent—strategic, adaptable, and results-focused individuals eager to make an impact, scale business functions effectively, and drive continuous improvement.The RoleLead our conversion optimization strategy across multiple gaming brands, driving measurable growth through data-driven experimentation, strategic partnerships, and team leadership.What You Will Be DoingOwn the CRO vision – Define and execute company-wide conversion optimization strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives across our brand portfolioLead and develop your team – Manage and mentor a team of CRO specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learningGovern experimentation – Act as central coordinator for all testing activity, setting guidelines, prioritizing tests, and preventing conflicts across multiple brandsDrive technology partnerships – Manage A/B testing platform relationships, negotiate vendor contracts, and identify AI/automation tools to enhance optimization capabilitiesExecute high-impact tests – Oversee A/B and multivariate testing across product features, promotions, onboarding flows, and creative assetsTranslate insights to action – Convert data into commercially valuable recommendations that drive conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization improvementsWhat We Are Looking ForSenior CRO leadership experience – Proven track record in gaming or social gaming with multi-brand or multi-product experienceMulti-brand experimentation expertise – Experience managing complex testing operations across multiple brands or products, including cross-brand governance and conflict preventionResults-driven approach – Strong history of delivering measurable improvements in conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization metricsTechnical and strategic expertise – Deep understanding of experimentation design, statistical analysis, behavioral psychology, and commercial strategy in digital contextsVendor partnership management – Experience managing external technology partnerships, platform relationships, and vendor negotiationsTeam leadership skills – Experience developing high-performing, diverse teams and fostering inclusive, collaborative environmentsStakeholder influence – Ability to collaborate effectively and influence decisions across multiple business units and leadership levelsTools mastery – Expertise in A/B testing platforms and analytics tools, with experience in AI/automation implementation preferredWhy you will love itYou'll have the autonomy to innovate and drive strategy in a high-growth environment where your work directly impacts millions of players worldwide.
