Join our TeamAbout this opportunity:We are seeking for Head of CSS Core Networks in Market Area Southeast Asia Oceania (MOAI) to lead, define Core Networks strategy and addressable market in Market Area, identify opportunities and lead initial key opportunities into commercial engagements.This role requires strong leadership skills, strong presales/sales experience, key customer stakeholder management experience, strong techno-commercial expertise and commercial acumen in the area, and a commitment to excellence together with experience in core networks.This person ensures that the core network meets performance, reliability, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency targets while aligning with the company’s business goals and customer needs.As the Head of Core Network Applications Domain for CSS, you will be fully accountable for delivering solutions covering the CSS Core Network Applications portfolio for all the customers in MOAI.The Head of Core Network Applications Domain will be a pivotal force in driving the success of our customer delivery services across all MOAI customers.This is a high-impact role that will not only lead our domain capabilities to fulfil each of the customer’s demands but also will support the CSS organization in business development activities to reinforce our value proposition with technical expertise during the pre-sales engagements.This role reports to the Head of CSS in MOAI and part of the MOAI leadership team.What you will do:Strategic Leadership – Define and execute the core networks vision across the market areaTechnology Evaluation – Assess and integrate new technologiesOversee and Lead the portfolio of projects under the domain responsibility.Strong alignment with the Business Areas in Ericsson to ensure alignment of Products from a demand and supply perspective. Act as design authority in the domain.Promote asset reuse and industrialization.Collaborate with cross functional teams to secure customer commitments and delivery excellence.Ensure full adherence to Ericsson processes, ethics & compliance directives, and cultural sensitivity.Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to implement new procedures.Engage and build client stakeholder management with the customer, including c-level.Control Unit’s budget and secure cost recovery.Drive knowledge sharing and promote best practices.Act as the escalation interface towards the Market Area and Business Area for the solutions under the domain responsibility.Actively participate in Sales, Project & Operations governance.Effectively build, lead, and develop a customer facing teams that consistently earns the trust and confidence of key customer stakeholder groups.Budget and Resource Management – Oversee capital and resource investmentActively contribute as a member of the CSS LT to the overall success of the organization.To be successful in the role, you should have:Deep expertise in the CSS Core Network Applications portfolio with sound understanding of CSS Core Network Applications Portfolio’s vision, business objectives, products, solutions, and services.10+ years in leadership positions with customer exposureImbibe Ericsson Leadership Principles across MOAIExtensive experience managing a project portfolio and deliveries towards customers.Experience with Ericsson’s project management framework, processes, and tools.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to interact with people at all levels.Financial acumenRole model of Ericsson’s Core ValuesCustomer focused, sees the big picture, can get things done with agility and speed.Self-motivated, with positive attitude and drive to solve problems and expand knowledge.Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
