Do you want to lead a global analytics function that turns data into strategic decisions and drives growth across one of Europe’s largest HR Tech and Talent Solutions organizations? As Head of Customer Intelligence you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across HeadFirst Group and Impellam, together one of the largest international HR Tech and Talent Solutions organizations. Based in Europe, this position reports directly to the Global Chief Commercial Officer and holds a key role in shaping how data informs commercial strategy, enabling precision forecasting, sharper customer insights, and measurable business growth.In this senior leadership position, you will lead a high-performing team of Customer Intelligence Managers responsible for global sales forecasting, performance analytics, and CRM (HubSpot) optimization from a business perspective. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with analytical depth and can translate complex data into clear direction, guiding senior leadership with clarity and impact.Strategic leadership & data governanceYou will lead the global Customer & Business Intelligence function, defining a strategy that connects analytics to business growth. As a people leader, you will develop and coach a team of Business Intelligence Managers, fostering analytical excellence and cross-functional collaboration. You will act as the strategic owner of BI systems and frameworks across sales, customer success, and operations, ensuring that business data is accurate, consistent, and accessible throughout the organization.Sales & pipeline forecastingYou will oversee the forecasting framework for global sales and revenue, providing leadership with reliable and actionable insights. You will design predictive models that integrate historical performance, pipeline trends, and market dynamics to support data-led planning. Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Strategy teams, you will ensure forecasts are aligned with both commercial targets and market realities.Global account intelligenceYou will lead advanced analysis of global account performance and customer portfolios, identifying patterns in profitability, retention, and growth potential. Through standardized global reporting, you will equip regional teams with the tools to track progress and take informed action. Partnering with Customer Success and Account Management, you will turn insights into tangible improvements in client satisfaction and expansion.HubSpot and CRM optimizationAs the business owner of HubSpot, you will ensure that the CRM environment fully supports commercial strategy, sales enablement, and data quality. You will collaborate with technical CRM experts to optimize automation, reporting, and workflows, while driving adoption and best practices across international sales teams. Your leadership will ensure that CRM becomes a key enabler of growth rather than just a reporting tool.Insights and decision supportYou will work closely with the executive team to deliver clear, data-driven insights that shape strategic and investment decisions. You will translate complex information into concise business narratives that enable better and faster decisions. Je houdt hierdoor een hoger nettosalaris over.PrestatiebonusAfhankelijk van jouw prestaties én die van HeadFirst Group kun je jaarlijks een extra beloning ontvangen van één of twee maandsalarissen.Maandelijkse extra’sJe ontvangt een maandelijkse vergoeding voor internet, een vitaliteitsbudget, een bijdrage voor lunch en ondersteuning bij het inrichten van je thuiswerkplek.What we expect from youBachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred;10+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or commercial operations, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role;Proven track record in building and leading data-driven forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting frameworks within a B2B or HR Tech environment;Deep understanding of CRM ecosystems — HubSpot experience is essential — and proficiency with modern visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker;Strong ability to translate complex business needs into clear analytical strategies, system improvements, and measurable outcomes;Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions and geographies;A strategic thinker with a hands-on analytical mindset, capable of combining long-term vision with operational precision.Join us in building a smarter, more connected organization — where your insights directly influence strategy, growth, and customer success worldwide.
