Head of Data & Analytics

Currently partnered with an International Legal Services company who are searching for a Head of Data & Analytics on 2 year FTC basis where you’ll play a key role in building and managing Data & Analytics function as well as developing and executing Data Strategy aligning with business goals.Scope of role:Build and manage Data & Analytics function alongside developing and executing Data strategy aligning with overall business goals.Lead and implement Data Strategy ensuring business objectives such as operational efficiency, risk and growth are aligned.Deliver robust data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, accessibility, security and compliance in line with regulations such as GDPR, DPA, SRA Code of Conduct.Collaborate closely with the CIO providing key recommendations in establishing scalable data foundations and enabling a basis for capitalising on emerging AI Technologies.Oversee deployment of advanced analytics tools, predictive analytics, machine learning and gen AI tech with the view of delivering actionable insights and enhancing products. Experience required:Bachelors in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology or related studies.Extensive Data Management, analytics and similar leadership experience ideally across Legal, Insurance, or Financial Services industries.Proven track record in developing and executing Data Strategies, Data Governance, quality and compliance.Strong knowledge in designing scalable Data Architectures and integrating various data resources.Leadership and strong stakeholder management skills and ability to adapt to a fast paced dynamic environment.If you are a self starter and enjoy building Data functions from the ground up feel free to reach out to daniel.neaves@harveynash.com with your latest CV and availability for a call.
