As a family, we work cohesively, collaboratively, value entrepreneurship, and do whatever it takes to deliver happiness in a living space.Responsibilities:Foster execution-driven data culture, ensuring continuous end-to-end feedback loop between data, insight, and execution;Share ownership with the business to oversee data-driven operations that drive bottom-line results;Act as a thought partner to Rukita leadership and business heads, providing futuristic data-backed insights;Drive technical innovation with your team and develop top talents, with the goals to improve the quality and reliability of data team’s deliverables;Envision and mitigate additional risks due to the unforeseen risk scenariosQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following majors: Computer Science, Engineering, Management, Mathematics, or any other relevant quantitative field from a top university. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. Proven experience as Head of Data, with at least 8 years of working experience in the topics of data analysis, business analysis, or data science.Strong business acumen coupled with analytical mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities.Strong leadership and people management skills, also excellent stakeholder management skills, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.A proactive character who will immediately speak up to raise important issues or challenge claims made by others.Advanced SQL and Python for Machine Learning skills; experience in BigQuery, dbt, and git is a plus.Proficiency in data visualization or business intelligence tools (Metabase preferred).Excellent knowledge of statistics & probability, AI, and machine learning.Understanding of ETL and ELT concepts. Some experience in the relevant tools (e.g. orchestrators, data warehouses, data transformation tools, MLOps tools) is a plus.
