🔍 OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to lead our Dealer Segmentation and Strategy initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping how we engage, support, and grow our dealer network. The ideal candidate will combine deep market insight with operational acumen to develop segmentation frameworks and drive business development projects that enhance dealer performance and experience.🎯 Key Responsibilities1. Dealer Segmentation & StrategyDevelop and maintain a comprehensive dealer segmentation framework based on performance, potential, geography, and strategic alignment.Analyze dealer data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across segments.Design targeted engagement strategies for each dealer segment to optimize growth and retention.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other BUs) to align dealer strategy with broader business goals.Monitor and refine segmentation criteria based on evolving market conditions and business needs.2. Business Development & System InnovationLead initiatives to design and implement new systems, tools, or processes that improve dealer support and operational efficiency.Identify pain points in the dealer journey and propose scalable solutions.Pilot and roll out new dealer-facing programs, ensuring clear KPIs and feedback loops.Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to inform system development.🧠 QualificationsMaster’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field5+ years of experience in these areas: segment and strategy, strategy consulting, business development, or dealer/channel management.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and strategic planning.Experience in system development or process improvement projects.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
