HMLR's ambition is to become the world’s leading land registry for speed, simplicity and an open approach to data.We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Delivery to take a leading role in ensuring the delivery practice is employing the most relevant delivery practice and process to best deliver the organisation’s needs.You will be responsible for overall delivery planning, ensuring transparency and that the delivery function is represented and instrumental in maintaining delivery momentum and leading change within the practice to respond to business requirements.Job DescriptionAs Head of Delivery, you will ensure that the people in delivery roles have the appropriate skills and capability and support to be effective in their role as well as access to learning & development to help them progress. You will use your strategic oversight to ensure there is sufficient capability and capacity in the delivery practice to meet the organisations current change portfolio, culture and business strategy now and in the future.You will be responsible for ensuring that the delivery community of practice is active and brings measurable value to community members and the organisation. You will be experienced in leading a continual planning process across multiple projects / programmes.You will also have experience of leading and growing delivery practice and capability and the ability to coach and share own experience of being a high performing delivery manager.
