Mountain Creek State High School is seeking a dynamic and innovative Head of Department - Business Education to oversee our Business and Lifestyles faculty. You have a unique opportunity to lead and inspire a faculty that nurtures excellence in Business, Home Economics and the Childcare programs. Pastoral care and parent engagement is fostered through a sub-school system providing close monitoring of students in both academic achievement and behaviour management and a safe secure and supportive environment for all students.About The RoleAs Head of Department - Business Education, you will provide strong instructional leadership and foster a culture that values quality teaching and learning, student engagement, and staff professional growth. You will be responsible for ensuring that our Business and Lifestyles Faculty reflect and uphold the values of Mountain Creek State High School and the Department of Education, while contributing to the school's vision of developing confident, capable, and globally minded learners.
