This role supports the development of future-focused pedagogies that enhance student outcomes and teacher efficacy across all curriculum areas.The role also includes behaviour management responsibility for a year level cohort (Year 7 2026)Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Drive the integration of digital tools and platforms to simplify and enhance teacher planning, resource development, and curriculum deliveryStaff Capability Building: Design and deliver professional learning that supports differentiated planning approaches, catering to diverse teaching styles, experience levels, and classroom contexts.Innovation in Pedagogy: Champion evidence-based, future-oriented teaching practices including blended learning, personalised learning pathways, and data-informed instruction.Collaboration & Coaching: Work collaboratively with teaching teams to embed efficient planning workflows and inclusive learning strategies.Change Management: Lead change initiatives that foster a culture of innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement in teaching and learning practices.
