Lead the HPE team with a focus on collaboration, trust, and open communication. Coordinate curriculum planning, assessment, and reporting within the HPE department. Oversee departmental resources, equipment, and budgets effectively. Promote a culture of excellence and inclusivity in teaching and learning practices.. Encourage innovative and evidence-based pedagogies that promote lifelong physical activity and wellbeing. Build strong connections between the school, families, and local sporting or health organizations.
