As the design leader for one of Square’s most strategically important organizations, you’ll shape how millions of businesses interact with their money every day. You’ll set the vision for how design, brand, and creative work together to make Square Banking a trusted, differentiated, and deeply human experience — across every product, platform, and touchpoint.You’ll report to the Head of Design for Square, and be a key member of the Banking leadership team alongside peers in Product, Engineering, and Marketing leading a team of 10+ product designers.You WillSet the vision and raise the bar.
