WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FORCollection Vision: You help shape the collection framework plan (KRP) and translate product group-specific trends into a clear direction for our brand.Big Picture: You keep an overview of the entire collection and ensure that every piece reflects our brand's unique identity.Expert Exchange: You're the go-to person for all designers when it comes to silhouettes, styles, fabrics, and details combining trend awareness with technical know-how.Color Concepts: You develop inspiring seasonal color stories and palettes that strengthen our brand identity and create a coherent visual language across the collection.Trend Leadership: You research the latest fashion and fabric trends, visit trade fairs and stores, and analyze competitors to turn insights into inspiring collections.Collaboration & Innovation: You work closely with Technical Design, Sourcing Offices, and Product Management to identify material and processing trends and drive innovation forward.Creative Direction: You lead and participate in megatrend analyses, season kick-offs, and proto meetings - always with the goal of ensuring a consistent and compelling brand look across all product groups. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORYour Educational Background: You hold a degree in fashion design, textile design, or a comparable qualification that has shaped Your creative and technical expertise.Your Strengths: You have 10-12 years of professional experience in womenswear fashion design, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role, a clear goal orientation, and the ability to set priorities effectively. You understand how to combine creativity with commercial thinking and a strong feel for target groups.Your Profile: You bring solid industry knowledge, product group-specific sourcing experience, and confidently work with PDM systems, the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and ideally a 3D program such as CLO 3D.
