The Manager Inside Sales & Digital will be responsible for driving predictable revenue through high-velocity acquisition, conversion, and expansion in the SMB market segment. This role demands someone who combines strategy thinking, operational rigor with hands-on leadership – someone who can design the machine and run it, managing both the Inside Sales team and digital sales initiatives through the online Teya Store.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & LeadershipBe a key member of the leadership team in Portugal, working cross-functionally to optimize an integrated go-to-market approachDefine and own the Inside Sales (outbound sales) and digital channels strategy, aligned with overall company growth objectivesBuild and lead a high-performing team of Inside Sales.Establish a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvementCoordinate the integration between traditional and digital sales channels to maximize efficiencyDevelop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap for sales and marketing operationsRevenue Generation & Digital SalesDeliver consistent growth against quarterly and annual sales targets across all channelsDrive pipeline creation from inbound/outbound motions, partnerships, and campaigns – in partnership with MarketingOptimize conversion across the entire funnel – lead to opportunity, opportunity to close, and post-sale expansionDevelop and implement specific strategies for the Teya Store and other digital channels, including e-commerce optimizationDesign and execute digital sales strategies that leverage automation, personalization, and data analyticsAnalyze and optimize conversion rates of digital channels to maximize ROI and customer lifetime valueImplement A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve digital sales performancePerformance Marketing & Digital StrategyLead performance marketing initiatives across paid search, paid social, display advertising, and other digital channelsDevelop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across channels based on performance metricsImplement and optimize marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and drive conversionsCreate and execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic and paid traffic to digital propertiesLeverage data analytics and attribution modeling to understand customer journeys and optimize touchpointsCollaborate with Marketing to develop compelling digital content strategies that drive engagement and conversionsImplement retargeting and remarketing campaigns to maximize conversion ratesStay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the fintech and SMB sectorsTeam DevelopmentRecruit, onboard, and develop top talent at all levels of the Inside Sales teamCoach, and set clear goals and incentives for high performanceCreate career paths to grow and retain talentImplement continuous training programs to keep the team updated on products, sales techniques, and market trendsIdeal Profile6+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3+ years leading Inside Sales organizations, contact centersStrong digital marketing experience, with proven digital go to market strategiesStrong grasp of modern sales tools and CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Twilio, dialers, etc.)Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategiesDemonstrated success building and scaling teams in a high-growth technology/fintech environmentData-driven operator with a track record of delivering predictable revenue at scaleExcellent communicator and motivator – able to set direction and inspire executionFluency in Portuguese and EnglishKnowledge of the Portuguese SMB market and its specific needsAvailability to travel within PortugalAbility to work in a multinational and multicultural environmentKnowledge of the fintech or financial services sector is an advantageThe PerksWe trust you, so we offer flexible working hours, as long it suits both you and your team;Health Insurance;Meal Allowance;25 days of Annual leave (+ Bank holidays);Public Transportation Card;Frequent team events & activities in the office and outside;Office snacks every day;Friendly, comfortable and informal office environment.Teya is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, or background can thrive and do their best work.
