We are looking for a confident and hands-on Head of Digital to lead a team of digital specialists at a Nordic agency working with one of the world’s leading tech brands. This is a key leadership role with full responsibility for team development, delivery management, client interaction, new business and agency growth.About the roleAs Head of Digital you will be part of the management team and play a crucial role in expanding the agency’s digital business both within and beyond its current client base. The position is based in Stockholm and includes collaboration with global stakeholders as well as local clients.What you will doLead, support and develop a digital teamOversee day-to-day digital production and delivery (QA)Manage recruitment, onboarding, resource planning and performanceAct as a senior point of contact for clients – both locally and globallyDrive and contribute to pitches, scoping, and proposalsSupport team members in technical matters (HTML, CSS, Javascript)Drive forecasting, reporting, and internal process developmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the Nordic marketAbout youYou excel in complex environments where delivery, leadership and technology come together. With a background in international or networked agency settings, you are used to managing multiple stakeholders, shifting priorities and working within agile frameworks. You are more than just a delivery lead – you bring structure, technical understanding, and calm direction to your team, offering support where needed and building trust across both technical and non-technical functions.In previous roles, you have played a key role in developing both teams and client relationships. You think beyond day-to-day execution, identifying opportunities to strengthen existing accounts and contributing to long-term business growth through new opportunities and strategic development.Your approach is grounded and hands-on. You are confident working with the tools that keep digital operations running and you understand how technology fit into wider data-driven digital ecosystems.
