Together, these initiatives are transforming how patients access, experience, and engage with healthcare across India and beyond.About the Role:The Head of Digital will be responsible for driving digital patient engagement, marketing automation, and consumer-centric digital transformation across the organization. The role will focus on leveraging digital channels to enhance patient acquisition, optimize conversion funnels, and improve overall customer experience.Location: HSR Layout, BangaloreQualifications: Post Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Strategy, or a related fieldExperience:15+ years in digital transformation, martech, and performance-driven digital strategy at scale.Healthcare background preferred. Experience managing digital transformation in large organizations is essential. Key Deliverables:1) Digital Strategy & Consumer EngagementLead digital marketing initiatives to drive OPD and ER volume through digital channels, ensuring strong funnel conversion.Enhance patient experience through data-driven engagement strategies, including website, mobile app, and contact center integration.Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned media.Ensure best-in-class customer journeys by integrating website, app, and omnichannel engagement.2) Martech & Data-Driven Decision MakingOwn the marketing automation ecosystem, leveraging SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) for targeted patient engagement.Optimize lead generation, customer segmentation, and personalized digital interactions.Implement analytics frameworks to measure and improve digital campaign performance.3) Innovation & Transformation InitiativesLead transformation projects such as shared services and ERM-driven admissions automation.Drive AI/ML-powered personalization and predictive analytics for customer engagement.Spearhead best practices in digital health engagement to position the organization as an industry leader.4) Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with PRM, Contact Centre, and Clinical teams to align digital initiatives with organizational goals.Partner with L&D to upskill teams and build a digital-first culture.Critical Skills for Success:Ability to design and drive long-term digital roadmaps.Proficiency in automation, CRM, and digital engagement.Strong track record of delivering impactful digital initiatives on time and budget.Quick to adapt to trends and continuously improve digital strategies.Effective communicator with deep understanding of customer journeys and patient experience.
