This function is a core revenue driver, tasked with delivering substantial financial impact. The role demands strategic vision and a customer-first approach to evolve our partnership landscape, specifically by deepening ties with key group partners, scaling our Marketplace proposition, and optimising the synergy between Food eCom and our retail media business, Cartology. Leading a dedicated squad within the Digital Trade Team, you will be the spearhead for identifying and leveraging adjacent opportunities to maximise new and existing revenue streams. Success hinges on strong collaboration across vital internal and external stakeholders, including Woolworths MarketPlus, Healthy Life, Endeavour Drinks, and the broader eComX and Digital teams, to unlock material value across the Group ecosystem.What You'll BringWe’re seeking an outcomes-focused, decisive leader with over seven years of expertise in the eCommerce, Retail, or Marketplace space, possessing a deep understanding of eCommerce trade and the levers to improve unit economics. This role requires proven experience in defining and delivering strategic change within a complex organisation, complemented by Marketing or Trade Planning experience, ideally within an FMCG environment. Success will rely on being highly numerate and analytical, leading by example to get the best out of others, and demonstrating effective stakeholder management by engaging, creating advocacy, and collaborating across teams.
