Job Description

Core Responsibilities:Develop and execute a holistic digital product strategy and roadmap spanning commerce, R&D, supply chain & delivery, and back-end collaboration. Ensure alignment with the company’s global growth strategy and embed AI as a core driver across all initiatives.Proactively identify and adopt emerging technologies and practices to drive business innovation, with a focus on applying AI and large language models (LLMs) to marketing, sales, and service scenarios. Lead initiatives from proof-of-concept (PoC) to scalable deployment.Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management of all enterprise-level digital products. Be accountable for user satisfaction, business value, return on investment (ROI), and integrating AI capabilities (e.g., intelligent lead scoring, personalized content generation, AI-powered customer service assistants) to enhance product competitiveness.Manage products with a product-led mindset, driving ownership of user experience (UX), business outcomes (e.g., conversion rates, customer retention, sales efficiency), and ROI. Establish a data-driven metrics framework to measure the business impact of AI features.Fully leverage AI and data platform capabilities to promote the development, reuse, and standardization of shared digital capabilities and AI assets within commercial product domains.Build and optimize agile and DevOps practices across product teams to ensure high-quality, efficient continuous delivery.Ensure localized deployment, on-site support, and successful implementation of globally standardized products and solutions, safeguarding business continuity.Qualifications:Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of experience leading large-scale digital product teams in complex business environments, with a proven track record of deploying AI technologies in commercial applications.Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation in at least two of the following core business areas: commerce/marketing/sales, R&D, supply chain.Deep expertise in commerce and marketing digitalization, with a profound understanding of modern MarTech/SalesTech solutions and hands-on achievements in transforming core business processes. Ability to identify critical AI-optimizable nodes in commercial workflows and align them with technical solutions.Strong technical background with expertise in modern cloud-native architecture, microservices, API-driven economy, and big data technologies. Familiarity with AI/ML fundamentals and application paradigms (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics).Excellent cross-cultural communication and team leadership skills. Fluency in English and Chinese is mandatory.
