We’re looking for a Head of Product to lead our digital product strategy, team and delivery, creating a connected, data-led ecosystem that transforms how we serve, support and empower our customers.About the roleAs Head of Product, you’ll lead a high-performing team of Product Owners to design, deliver and evolve a portfolio of digital products that drive customer satisfaction, colleague enablement, and commercial growth.You’ll define a bold three-year Product Strategy and Vision grounded in customer insight and data, ensuring every product delivers measurable business value. Working cross-functionally with D&T, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care, you’ll build strong alignment across teams to ensure our digital products deliver growth, productivity and future readiness.You’ll also embed consistent, scalable agile ways of working, and coach your team to deliver with pace, purpose and precision. This role calls for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives on creating clarity from complexity and who brings commercial thinking, technical fluency and people leadership together to drive genuine transformation.What you’ll be doingLead, coach and develop Product Owners to deliver a connected portfolio of On Trade productsSet and embed a clear, insight-led product strategy and roadmap aligned to business goalsPrioritise and govern the product backlog, balancing commercial value with delivery disciplinePartner with D&T and commercial teams to drive agile, efficient and scalable deliveryManage dependencies across multiple products and functions, removing blockers quicklyChampion product-led change and embed consistent agile ways of workingOversee delivery on key platforms (SAP Commerce, Salesforce) and manage external partnersBuild product capability through coaching, frameworks and defined career pathsAlign digital initiatives with eazle and commercial growth targets.Occasionally take direct ownership of key products or releases.Use data and experimentation to assess value, inform priorities and guide continuous improvementWho we’re looking forYou’re a confident, outcome-focused digital leader who can translate strategy into delivery. You combine technical awareness with commercial acumen and know how to inspire teams to deliver meaningful results.You bring:5+ years leading digital product delivery in complex or matrix environments.Proven success defining and executing product strategy and vision across multiple products.Deep experience with agile ways of working and portfolio management.Strong commercial grounding with the ability to connect digital delivery to business growth.Hands-on experience working with D&T, vendors, and external delivery partners.Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.Understanding of SAP Commerce / Hybris, Salesforce or similar platforms.A track record of developing people and embedding scalable, consistent ways of working.It’s not just what you know – it’s how you workAt HEINEKEN, we value behaviours as much as technical expertise.
