We are expanding our Corporate Information Security Team and looking forward new colleagues and leaders joining us. To support the team in Bulle (FR) Switzerland, we are looking for a Head of Digital Security. The scope of duties includes the following:Responsibilities:Leads internal and external teams of consulting unit, enables business value, provides strategic guidance and technical expertise, allocates specialists.Develop and implement the digital security strategy, aligning with business objectivesLead a team of digital security experts in scope of IT, OT and Product SecurityManage 3rd Party Relationships with vendors, and service providersManage digital security products, operations and services including SOC&CERTMonitor and respond to emerging threats and vulnerabilitiesImplement and enforce security policies and standardsCollaborate with IT and development teams to ensure secure software development practicesManage security incidents and breachesCompetencies:Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years in cybersecurity and 3+ years in a leadership role.Following certificates are preferred; CISSP or CISM, ITIL or COBIT, TOGAF as well as Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).English is a Must, German and French are a plus.Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standardsStrong knowledge of digital security technologies (e.g., IAM, DLP,SIEM)Experience with cloud security and DevOpsAbility to think critically and solve complex problemsReadiness for global travelOur offer:We offer you a secure job, progressive and family-friendly employment conditions such as flexible working hours, hybrid working and opportunities for further trainingHave we awoken your interest?
