In this role, you will enhance our customer service by leading the development and deployment of our digital solution strategy and innovating new solutions and service concepts. You will be responsible for steering the individual development projects, managing some of them, coordinating deployment, as well as developing the related business and solution architecture in line with the business and product line requirements.The role is highly emphasizing commercial impact, value-based selling enablement, and translating digital initiatives into concrete business growth actions across market areas.The work involves interacting and coordinating with several stakeholders, such as product lines, market areas, distribution management, supply chain, and our digital and IT teams.We are primarily looking for someone based in Finland, Espoo or Tampere.Team you belong toYou will join a team of professionals dedicated to creating customer value and improving their operations with Crusher Wears solutions in close collaboration with our market area and DMO organizations. You will belong to our Crusher Wears Business Line Leadership team.
