Our team spans globally, with talents from the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Israel, Poland, and beyond, broadcasting decades of proven records, and unparalleled expertise in the digital & advertising realms.We are looking for a Head of Direct Supply to build and scale an international Direct Supply department that drives consistent growth in both volume and quality of direct traffic across key GEOs, ensuring sustainable margins and a transparent operational model.Daily challenges and tasksKey knowledge and skills Direct Supply Strategy & GrowthDevelop and execute a global Direct Supply strategy across priority GEOs.Define market entry and scaling strategies for new regions and traffic sources.Identify priority verticals, formats, and partnership models.Analyze international markets and competitors; implement best practices.Build regional development roadmaps (Europe, LATAM, APAC, MENA, etc.).Diversify traffic sources to reduce risk and strengthen business sustainability. International Team Building & ManagementDesign the structure of the global Direct Supply department (regional leads, team leads, account managers).Hire and launch local teams in key regions.Develop onboarding and adaptation processes across countries.Establish a unified performance and accountability culture within a distributed team.Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development planning.Implement KPI and incentive systems tailored to regional specifics.Develop middle management within regions.Manage cross-cultural communication and optimize collaboration across offices and time zones. Publisher Management (Direct Supply)Personally acquire and grow strategic international publishers.Build long-term partnerships.Ensure traffic quality and compliance with company standards.Scale top partners across regions.Launch referral and incentive programs to expand direct integrations. Operational Management & ScalingOversee traffic volume, revenue, and margin targets by region.Monitor key daily metrics: revenue, margin, ROI, CR, fraud rate.Manage Direct Supply unit economics.Optimize internal processes for publisher operations. Compliance & Traffic QualityDetect and block fraudulent traffic sources.Implement pre- and post-moderation processes.Ensure compliance with regional regulations and advertiser policies.Take ownership of target margin achievement.
