The Head of Distribution will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the company’s entire distribution network to ensure timely delivery, efficient logistics, and strong market coverage.Job Responsibilities:Plan, develop, and execute the overall distribution and logistics strategy in line with company objectives.Supervise all distribution channels across the country to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.Lead and guide regional distribution teams to achieve business goals and service excellence.Maintain close coordination with the Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain departments to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.Manage warehouse operations, transportation, and inventory control for optimal efficiency.Strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and logistics partners to ensure mutual growth.Analyze distribution performance data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.Develop distribution automation systems, reporting tools, and performance dashboards.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.Job LocationGazipur (Tongi), Narayanganj (Rupganj)
