Gera Dovana is a leading regional e-commerce company, which is operating across the Baltics and Poland - a company built on strong brands, purpose-driven culture, and digital excellence.We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Head of E-commerce to lead multi-market online growth, strengthen customer engagement, and drive innovation across digital channels.ABOUT THE ROLEThis is a strategic, high-impact position with full ownership of online performance across Lithuania, Latvia, Poland.You will combine data, creativity, and leadership to accelerate growth, improve conversion, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.You’ll lead a talented team of around 10 e-commerce, performance, and product specialists - and collaborate closely with marketing, supply, and IT functions to ensure seamless operations and measurable results.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead and grow e-commerce performance across multiple countries - ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.Define and execute the digital strategy aligned with business and brand goals.Inspire and develop a cross-functional team, promoting collaboration, accountability, and innovation.Use analytics to optimize CPC, SEO, Google Shopping, conversion, and retention.Collaborate with marketing and operations to align product presentation, pricing, and campaign execution.Champion digital innovation initiatives - including personalization, automation, and emerging technologies.WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:5+ years of experience leading e-commerce operations, ideally in a multi-country or multi-brand environment.Strong commercial mindset with deep knowledge of performance marketing, data analytics, and customer experience.Proven team leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.Fluent English; Lithuanian or Polish is an advantage.A creative and analytical approach - with passion for growth, efficiency, and innovation.WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:This is a unique opportunity to lead the digital growth of a regional market leader in one of the fastest-growing e-commerce sectors.
