Head of Electrical Engineers Department

Enereco International is looking for Head of Electrical Engineers Department for is Technical Office.Main TaskLead and coordinate the activities of the electrical department, ensuring compliance with all applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Supervise and review the electrical design of projects, allocate resources. Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and timely delivery.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Project Management, Civil, Piping & Mechanical, Instrumentation, HR, etc.). Actively participate in technical design tasks when needed, including load list definition, equipment sizing, SLD development, electrical equipment datasheets, cable sizing, MTO preparation, cable routing, power distribution, grounding and lighting system design. Oversee project execution on-site including testing, commissioning, and ensuring project milestones are met.Essential Qualifications Minimum 5-6 years in a leadership role within electrical design engineering for Oil & Gas plants. Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Deep experience in medium and low voltage design for Oil & Gas plants; strong knowledge of CEI, IEC, EN, ATEX, and US standards.Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills; able to motivate and inspire the team , communicate clearly and effectively, organize department activities efficiently considering the project schedules, the priorities, the project costs and the competences of the project team, delegate and resolve conflicts effectively .Proficiency in CAD and electrical design software (ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, Caneco, Dialux, AVEVA E3D, Revit, Navisworks, and any electrical sizing tool).Experience managing vendors, project planning, site supervision, FAT, pre-commissioning, and commissioning. Familiarity with renewable energy systems (PV, Wind, Hydrogen) and overhead MV lines is a plus.English – advanced. Adaptable, empathetic, charismatic, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions confidently, ability to train the engineers throughout the project lifecycle, directly interface with clients and company management to report project status, risks and resolutions, work as a lead .
