Head of Engineering and Consultancy

We are seeking a Head of Engineering & Consultancy Services to join our team and lead our Engineering division with vision, precision, and purpose.Position OverviewIn this executive role, you will shape the future of our projects, drive innovation, foster cross functional collaboration, and deliver engineering solutions that are on time, within budget, and beyond expectation. You will play a key role in driving market growth, leading a high-performing team, and collaborating with stakeholders to transform ideas into impactful outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute strategic development initiatives aligned with business objectives.Identify and evaluate business opportunities, update stakeholders on market trends, and develop financial feasibility models.Lead engineering design and project execution from contract award to handover.Drive innovation in real estate development strategies including market planning, site acquisitions, and JV partnerships.Set and maintain engineering performance standards and develop best-practice methodologies.Support business development efforts with technical expertise and feasibility insights.Mentor and develop engineering teams in line with project management culture.Oversee contractor selection, safety compliance, and cost control across all engineering activities.Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)Bachelor’s degree in Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Master’s degree in Engineering Management is advantage.Minimum 10+ years of experience in engineering or construction, with proven leadership of large-scale projects.Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing engineering teams.Strong network and experience in real estate and development opportunities.Expertise in project management, compliance, safety, and financial controls.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
