Someone who puts excellence, compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.As the Head of Enterprise Communications, you will have the unique opportunity to play a strategic, system-wide leadership role.Reporting to the National Director of Communications and Brand, you will lead a national team and shape the future of how St Vincent's communicates. This is more than a job; it's a chance to use your expertise in communications to support organisation-wide functions, including Digital & Technology, People & Culture, Mission, as well as driving social media, digital and brand excellence. You will directly influence how our people, partners, and the public receive clear, timely, and values-aligned information.This is a Permanent Full Time position based in any of our Group Head Offices in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne on a hybrid working arrangement. There may be a requirement to travel interstate and work outside standard business hours occasionally as part of this role.Key responsibilities of the role: Shape a Unified Communications Vision: Lead the charge in developing and delivering integrated communication strategies that support St Vincent's key organisational functions, ensuring a cohesive and compelling message across the organisation.
