As Head of Events & Sponsorships, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving Fundment’s mission — designing and delivering an industry-leading programme of events and sponsorships that build our adviser community, deepen relationships, and generate measurable commercial outcomes.Working in close partnership with the CMO and sales leadership, you’ll bring 10+ years of experience across events, sponsorships, and relationship marketing to create exceptional, insight-led experiences that strengthen our position as the most adviser-connected challenger platform in the market.The CompanyFundment is a fast-growing wealth infrastructure company embarking on an exciting growth phase, looking to hire a commercially driven Head of Events and Sponsorships to join our outstanding Marketing Team. This position will report into our Chief Marketing Officer.Fundment is transforming the platform experience for advice firms and their clients. Our technology delivers efficiencies through market leading workflows for account opening, integrations with other tools and software systems, and by meeting adviser and client needs.Key Responsibilities:Strategic & Commercial LeadershipPartner with the CMO to develop and deliver a strategic events and sponsorship roadmap that supports growth, retention, and community engagement goals.Event Delivery & ExperienceLead the end-to-end management of all events — from strategy and planning through to on-the-ground execution and post-event measurement.Community & Relationship BuildingBuild and nurture a vibrant adviser community, using events and touchpoints to foster long-term relationships.Sponsorships & PartnershipsIdentify, negotiate, and manage strategic sponsorships and co-branded partnerships with media, networks, and associations.Measurement & ReportingDefine and track KPIs for engagement, satisfaction, leads, and ROI.Essential:10+ years’ experience in B2B events, sponsorships, or marketing — ideally within financial services, fintech, or adviser platforms.Proven ability to design and deliver events and partnerships that achieve measurable business outcomes.Experience collaborating closely with sales teams to align marketing activity with commercial objectives.Desirable:An understanding of the UK adviser and investment platform market, and how events influence the sales and relationship cycle.Knowledge of FCA marketing and financial promotions rules (desirable)Why join us?Be part of our flexible and supportive work environment, where our innovative team value collaboration and trust.
