The Head of Events is responsible for leading Singapore team, and as the key client facing person for the business you will be hands in event production and working with clients. The Head of Events oversees the event operations team, manages event budgets, and collaborates across departments to drive event success.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute an annual events strategy aligned with company goals.Define KPIs and success metrics for all events.Identify opportunities for new event formats, partnerships, and audience expansion.Lead end-to-end planning for client eventsOversee venue sourcing, contract negotiations, logistics, run-of-show, and post-event reporting.Ensure each event meets branding, operational, and compliance standards.Team ManagementManage and mentor the events team, including coordinators, managers, and external vendors.Allocate tasks, set goals, and monitor performance.Build a high-performing team culture centered on quality, efficiency, and innovation.Required Skills & Qualifications7+ years of experience in event management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven success managing multiple events.
