Strategic leadershipDevelop and deliver a clear premises and facilities strategy aligned with 7 star customer service.Lead on projects such as facilities management, renovations, and cleaning.Work closely with senior colleagues to ensure physical spaces reflect the brand values.Operational oversightEnsure all sites operate safely, efficiently and in full compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.Oversee all relevant contractor relationships.Manage premises budgets and ensure best value from suppliers and service contracts.Keep business continuity and emergency plans up to date and effective.Leadership and collaborationSupport the front office and reception staff, promoting excellent service and teamwork.Be a visible and approachable presence across our sites, responding to facilities needs and ensuring our spaces are positive and productive environments.
