An IT firm that specialises in logistics and supply chain technology is searching for a Head of Finance.Your new companyA global IT firm with a rapidly expanding business in Japan, which utilises AI and cutting-edge technologyYour new roleAs the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the following:Partner with key leaders to prepare financial and strategic plans for various departments and the organisation as a whole.Build annual budgets and forecasts for different BUs and directly partner with HQ FP&A team for budget consolidationProvide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams in relation to demand planning, reporting, productivity, and metricsManage project costsPrepare profit estimation at sales quotation stage and advise on profit optimisationWhat you'll need to succeedBachelor's degree (preferably in Finance or Accounting)5+ years of Corporate FP&A or Finance BP experienceMore than 1 year's working experience in MNC preferredFluency in Chinese and Japanese Desired Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree (preferably in Finance or Accounting)5+ years of Corporate FP&A or Finance BP experienceMore than 1 year's working experience in MNC preferredFluency in Chinese and Japanese
