Head of Finance - ResponsibilitiesManage the finance function from forecasting and reporting to fundraising and budgetingShape growth, business model and long-term financial roadmapSupport fundraising strategy, investor relations and board communicationsCreate financial models, budgets and dashboards that help us make smart, data-driven decisionsOwn company-wide financial planning, cash flow management and operational efficiencyEnsure compliance and oversight across accounting, tax and auditCollaborate across product, GTM, and operations to align financial goals with business strategyHead of Finance - RequirementsMinimum of eight years experience in finance, preferably with experience as a finance leadMust have experience at high-growth startups (ideally up to Series A+), and you’ve seen what scaling looks likeMust have strong relationships or prior experience working with top-tier VC firmsDeep understanding of SaaS metrics, revenue modelling, and forecastingSomeone who can think big but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.Clear communicator with a knack for storytelling through numbersAvailable on short noticeHead of Finance - What We OfferSalary up to £120,000Share optionsHealthcare Hybrid working - 3 office days Autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to shape the future of a scaling tech businessCollaborative, ambitious, and values-driven culture
