Head of FinanceDublin South (Hybrid)€95'000 - €100'000 with excellent benefitsWe are hiring a commercially focused Head of Finance for this medium enterprise at a really interesting time of transformation. They have already embarked on a programme for change and you will help to further develop the transformation while keeping day to day in line. Reporting to the CEO and the Board, your role will include:Leading a small finance team, developing an inclusive and supportive culture, take ownership of the financial strategy, and develop clear goals for each division and monitor performance in an ongoing fashion. You will oversee financial reporting and operations, look at improvements to processes, work with external stakeholders to ensure you are fully equipped with the market knowledge to deliver on the financial strategy.Managing through change and transformation will be key to this role, therefore it is essential you have the leadership capabilities to lead from the front and take your team with you. You will have a relevant 3rd level degree ideally a masters, along with an accounting qualification and no less than 10years experience in a senior position with experience working with Boards.If that's you apply with your CV for immediate consideration
