Head of Finance

Mapped Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established fashion brand looking to hire their first internal number one in finance to support business growth.With a TO of circa €15 million and presence in Germany, the USA, and UK, this position will be responsible for the full finance function.Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the CEOEstablish and lead the finance function across Germany, the US, and support the setup of the UK entity.Manage accounting and compliance in collaboration with external financial advisors.Develop and manage company-wide budgets, forecasts, and KPIs in close collaboration with department leads.Cash flow planning, budgeting, and P&L responsibility.Financial modelling and business analysis.Multi-entity, international finance management.Key Requirements: Fluency in German and English Experience in a No1 or No2 Finance role within a similar business - e.g e-commerce, wholesale, retail environmentExperience covering German, UK and USA markets will be highly advantageous📍 This position will be based in Berlin, but is also open to candidates based in the UK with frequent travel to Berlin
