The Head of Finance will be responsible for:Providing strategic financial leadership to support high-quality, person-centred services with NDIS funding.Leading and supporting a small team, ensuring strong systems, clear processes and a culture of continuous improvement.Overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, accounts, cashflow and annual audit preparation.Maintaining robust financial governance, internal controls, risk management and compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and statutory obligations.Partnering with managers to deliver business modelling, program budgets and financial insights that guide organisational decision-making.About us:Milparinka is a small service based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne which supports around 165 people with intellectual disability in their homes, workplaces, volunteer roles, with their health and fitness, leisure, and much more. About you:You are a values-driven leader with a record of achievement in financial management. You have a proven record of working collaboratively with a broad and diverse range of people to deliver results for people and communities.
