Position: Head of Finance & MIS (Management Information Systems)Location: Dubai, UAECompany: Prypco (Damac Group)Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:Prypco Group is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Head of MIS to lead the company’s management reporting, financial planning, and performance analytics functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting background—must be from the Big 4 or leading advisory firms—with proven expertise in MIS, reporting, and FP&A.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of robust MIS frameworks and reporting systems across the Group.Oversee monthly and quarterly management reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and business insights.Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes in collaboration with business and finance teams.Develop and automate dashboards and performance reports for senior management.Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and enhance business performance.Ensure consistency and governance in data, reporting standards, and performance metrics.Qualifications & Experience:CA, CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification.Relevant years of experience, ideally from Big 4 or top-tier consulting firms.Deep expertise in MIS, FP&A, and management reporting.Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).Excellent communication and business partnering abilities.
