Our ambition is to build a category leader.We already have a solid financial foundation in place: an external bookkeeping team, automated systems, and a part-time finance student.Now we need you to make it scalable.⸻You will own the financial engine of Moxso.From books and audits to financial models and reporting.You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to prepare us for Series A and international growth.⸻This role is for you if you: • Understand the full flow from invoice to investor report • Love building and improving models that actually get used • Care about clean books, clear budgets, and transparent metrics • Enjoy connecting financial structure with operational execution • Can move between operational details and strategic discussions • See finance as a growth driver, not a control function • Enjoy turning messy processes into scalable systems⸻In this role, you will: • Own all financial operations including books, audits, and compliance • Maintain and evolve the financial model across ARR, cash flow, and hiring scenarios • Drive budget control and accountability with department leads • Build financial reporting for leadership, board, and investors • Lead entity creation and compliance when entering new markets • Oversee financial KPIs and metrics tracking • Strengthen automation and internal workflows across finance and RevOps⸻Our stack:Economic.
