This business is entering an exciting phase of integration and growth, creating a rare opportunity for a commercially minded finance leader to play a central role in shaping performance and driving strategic outcomes. The key deliverable for the position is business partnering, FP&A, commercial insights, while also overseeing core accounting activities supported by a small local team and the broader group finance function.Job DescriptionReporting to the Group CFO, as Head of Finance, you will lead financial planning and analysis, deliver insightful commercial support to the Executive Leadership Team, and ensure robust financial governance. You will also oversee a small, capable team and act as the primary interface for external auditors and group finance. This role suits an agile, technically strong finance leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys translating data into meaningful insights, and can balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
