Our aim is to improve people’s health and quality of life across the globe.We are looking for our new Head of Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our Finance Team. If you are looking for a dynamic, international and diverse team as well as opportunities to grow, you are in the right place.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Forecasting:Lead the comprehensive annual budgeting and multi-year planning process.Manage and coordinate monthly/quarterly financial forecasting and variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast).Develop and maintain dynamic financial models (e.g., P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to support capital raising, new market entry, and strategic initiatives.Business Partnering & Analysis:Serve as the primary finance partner to departmental heads (e.g., Operations, Commercial, Marketing) to drive unit economics improvement and cost control initiatives.Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics (e.g., Customer Acquisition Cost, Lifetime Value, clinic profitability) for executive review.Conduct deep-dive financial analyses, including return on investment (ROI) studies for major CAPEX and marketing spend decisions.Reporting & Systems:Prepare and present high-quality Board and Executive materials, summarizing financial performance, risks, and opportunities.Drive improvements in financial systems and tools (e.g., implementation or optimization of an FP&A platform) to increase efficiency and accuracy.Team Leadership:Mentor, manage, and scale the FP&A team as Impress continues its rapid growth trajectory.Required Qualifications & ExperienceExperience: 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior FP&A role (Manager or Director) within a high-growth scale-up, tech, or multi-site retail/healthcare company.Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA highly desirable.Exceptional financial modeling and quantitative analysis skillsStrong Experience in FP&A Tools (Abacum, Pigment, Anaplan…). Implementation of it would be ideal.Proven ability to manage financial planning for a multi-country/multi-currency organization.Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial data to non-finance executives.Fluency in English (required for international HQ role).
