Head of Finance

🌎 Location: Remote LATAM (CST working hours: 9am–6pm)💵 Salary Range: $2,000 – $4,000 USD/month✨ About the RoleWe are seeking a Director of Finance to act as a strategic partner to leadership—driving financial clarity, forecasting, and building scalable systems.This role is centered on strategy, forecasting, and automation, while daily accounting operations will be handled by the Controller. The Director of Finance ensures accurate reporting, strong cash flow management, and actionable insights to guide the company’s path to $100M+ growth.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesBuild scalable financial systems and forecasting models to support growth to $100M+.Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes with ≤10% variance vs. actuals.Own the monthly close process; deliver P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow by the 20th of each month.Maintain a weekly-updated, rolling 12-month cash forecast with zero overdrafts or missed payments.Implement cash optimization strategies each quarter (e.g., vendor terms, debt structuring, float strategies).Automate workflows for expenses, reimbursements, travel, and company card usage.Deliver an ERP implementation plan by Month 6, reducing manual reporting by 25% in Year 1.Provide monthly EBITDA analysis and drive initiatives that increase profitability by at least 2% in Year 1.✅ Must-HaveBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.3–5+ years of finance/accounting experience (open to 1–2 years if niche in eCommerce).Proven success in forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-scaling environments.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.💡 Nice-to-HaveMBA, CPA, or equivalent certification.Experience in multi-channel eCommerce or retail.Previous leadership experience in scaling businesses.Familiarity with Xero or QuickBooks Online.🎁 BenefitsRemote-first work environmentFlexible schedule (with core CST availability)Paid time off & holidaysLearning budget and training opportunitiesAccess to company productsDirect collaboration with senior leadershipEstablished company with 10+ years in businessAutonomy, growth opportunities, and personal development
