Head of Finance – AustraliaGlobal Industrial Manufacturer | Brisbane | AUD 160-200k + Super + BonusA global leader in engineered products for the industrial, energy and resources sectors is seeking a Head of Finance to shape the next chapter of its Australian business.Following a period of strong growth through acquisition and investment, the company is uniting new entities under one national structure and embedding a new ERP environment. With operations across Brisbane, Western Australia, and New South Wales, this is a business with scale, ambition, and the backing of a high-performing international group.You’ll lead the finance function nationally, building capability with a team of 6 direct reports; while modernising systems, reporting, and processes. The priority is to stabilise and streamline; embedding group standards, driving automation, and creating the financial visibility that enables better commercial decisions.As the finance lead in-country, you’ll work closely with the local Managing Director and Group Finance at global HQ, acting as a trusted business partner and champion of continuous improvement. It’s a hands-on leadership role with a clear trajectory: once the platform is built, the focus turns to insight, strategy, and growth.The environment suits a qualified finance professional (CA/CPA) with 5–10 years’ post-qualification experience, proven in leading teams and improving processes within industrial, manufacturing, or engineering-led businesses.
