We’re a small and mighty team of 50 today with offices in NYC, LA, and the UK. What You’ll DoAs the first internal Finance hire, you will be both architect and operator: designing our financial systems, processes, team/automation needed to scale from $10M ARR to $100M ARR over the next ~3 years. Reporting to and partnering closely with our CEO and the founders you will lead strategy, future fundraising and diligence, and the accounting execution. You will be rolling up your sleeves in Quickbooks one minute and then next advising the CRO and our BOD the next.

Accounting & ComplianceOversee accounting, tax, audit, and compliance (currently using QuickBooks, Bill. com, Brex, etc. )Implement scalable systems and processes for billing, collections, revenue recognition, and financial controlsDeliver timely and accurate financial statements and consolidated reportingContinually review accounting policies and procedures to ensure that the company is compliant with GAAP and statutory accountingCreate, document and implement internal control process initiativesManage multi-jurisdiction tax strategy and compliance, including tax planning and reporting.

Strategic Finance & FP&A ModelingBuild scalable forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes to guide decision-makingPartner with GTM, and Product to align resource allocation with company prioritiesDevelop and monitor KPIs and unit economics to track business performanceFinancial Systems & Business OperationsVendor negotiations on core tech systems Partner with close functional peers on reporting and revenue dashboardsFundraising & Investor RelationsPartner with the CEO on capital strategy, future fundraising, and board management. Build financial models and narratives to support investor conversations.

Own investor reporting, ensuring clear, consistent communication of metricsWhat We’re Looking For7-12 years of progressive experience in finance, ideally high-growth AI or SaaS start upsPrior experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking/PE/VC5+ years of Finance/Accounting experience, at least 2 years of Audit experience, with time spent in a leadership role Strong command of SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, CAC/LTV, payback, gross margin, etc. )Experience scaling a company through Series A → B → C and beyondHands-on operator:
