Successful candidate play a key role in strategic decision-making, ensuring regulatory compliance and financial integrity. Duties Include: Lead and oversee the financial operations of the commodity trading company.
Ensure robust financial controls and procedures, supporting the company initiatives and enhancing financial awareness across the business,Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processesManage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operationsPrepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsLiaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authoritiesEvaluate investment opportunities and support M&A activitiesThe preferred candidate will ideally have leadership experience in a senior finance role.
