Join us in shaping the future of aviation as we propel Melbourne Airport towards becoming Australia's favourite Airport destination.Key ResponsibilitiesThe role's duties and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:Lead Melbourne Airport’s financial control and FP&A functions, ensuring accuracy and integrity of reporting and planning across the GroupOversee budgeting, forecasting and month-end processes, delivering high-quality analysis to support decision-makingManage statutory and regulatory reporting, including audit coordination, ACCC reporting and Government submissionsPartner with the CFO, Executive Team and business units to influence financial outcomes and performanceChampion process and systems improvements, including enhancements to budgeting tools and financial planning softwareBuild capability and foster a high-performance culture across your teamThe Successful Candidate Will HaveCA or CPA qualificationMinimum 7 years of senior finance experience in a large corporate environment, ideally with Big 4 or consulting backgroundStrong technical accounting knowledge and experience managing statutory and management reporting cyclesAdvanced planning, budgeting and analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and data qualityExcellent systems knowledge, ideally including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Adaptive PlanningExceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to perform in a complex, fast-paced and evolving environmentWe understand that not everyone will feel they meet all of these 100%.
