Head of FP&ASoftware | SaaSLocation | MunichTM1004As Head of FP&A & Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for the strategic management of the finance function and for developing data-driven decision frameworks for the executive team. You combine deep financial expertise with modern BI approaches to sustainably support operational and strategic decision-making and to measurably enhance company performance.Your Responsibilities:Lead the FP&A team with a focus on planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reportingBuild and continuously optimize business intelligence tools and dashboards to enable data-driven company managementDevelop KPIs and financial models to support the business strategyCollaborate closely with departments to identify performance potentials and optimize business processesAnalyze complex financial and business data and derive strategic recommendations for actionEnsure transparency, quality, and integrity of financial dataPresent analyses and reports at executive board levelYour Profile:Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable field; ideally complemented by training in Data Analytics or Business IntelligenceSeveral years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a leadership positionSolid knowledge of business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)Strong analytical skills combined with sound business acumenProven experience in leading and developing teamsExcellent communication skills at both operational and strategic levelsProactive, solution-oriented approach with a hands-on mentalityFluent German
