Through its product TariffGenie, TruckersFinder provides merchants, carriers, and customs brokers with automated duty calculation, HTS classification, and prepaid DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) processing.As a CBP-Qualified Party, TruckersFinder helps shippers and postal operators comply with new customs requirements following the end of the de minimis exemption. Our mission is to simplify cross-border commerce by giving merchants control over duty payments, transparency in landed costs, and verifiable proof of payment through our proprietary DeclarationID system.Role Description The Head of Fundraising & Investor Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing investors and funding partners to support TruckersFinder’s global growth. This role is ideal for someone with an established network in venture capital, private equity, family offices, or government grant channels.You will work directly with the executive team to prepare investor materials, manage outreach, coordinate investor meetings, and negotiate funding terms.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a fundraising strategy that aligns with TruckersFinder’s expansion goalsIdentify and engage with potential investors, venture capital firms, and strategic funding partners.Prepare and refine investor pitch materials, including financial models, pitch decks, and data rooms.Manage investor communications, follow-ups, and due diligence processes.Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors.Provide regular progress reports on fundraising activities and pipeline development.Collaborate with leadership to structure funding instruments (SAFE, convertible notes, or equity rounds).QualificationsProven track record in raising funds for startups or scaling technology ventures.Strong understanding of venture capital, private equity, and investment structures.Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.Existing network of investor contacts is highly preferred.Ability to work independently and drive measurable results.
