As a key executive with visibility to the Executive Committee, you'll drive innovation, sustainability, and value while leading a talented team of ~30 procurement professionals worldwide.What You'll DoDevelop and execute global sourcing strategies across all business units, managing categories including MnRa, Advanced Sourcing, API & Excipients, Animal Derivatives, and Bio-process MaterialsLead and mentor a diverse team of 30 procurement professionals across regionsDrive TCO optimization and digital transformation initiativesEstablish strategic supplier relationship management programsChampion risk management and supply chain resilience strategiesIntegrate ESG and sustainability principles into procurement practicesCollaborate with R&D, M&S, and Quality teams as a permanent member of the MSAT Leadership TeamLead strategic negotiations with key suppliers to ensure business continuityAbout YouEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Engineering, or BusinessMBA or equivalent advanced degree15+ years experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry procurementStrong focus on GMP raw materials and category managementProven track record leading global teams and managing complex projectsDeep understanding of biopharmaceutical raw materials and operationsKnowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems and regulatory requirementsKey CompetenciesOutstanding stakeholder management and communication skillsStrategic mindset with ability to navigate complex matrix organizationsFrench and English business fluentWhy choose Sanofi?
