Head of Global Equities Portfolio Management

Integer Executive Search have been exclusively mandated to assist a global active investment management firm whom is seeking to hire an experienced investment professional for the position of Head of Global Equities. This individual will be responsible for covering Global developed equity markets.Main Responsibilities:Responsibility for the management of global developed equity funds through portfolio construction, risk monitoring, trading ideas generation and stock analysis.Responsibility for the coordination of the equity portfolio management teamWork closely with other fund managers to build/manage portfolios in sectors of specialisation.Top-down and macro approach in the generation of investment ideas.Responsibility for the continuous improvement of performance, efficiency, risk control and operational processes.Responsibility for the preparation and delivery of reports and presentations on funds.Responsibility for project work and tasks to support the top managementCommunicate with investors to promote the fund marketing & sales support activities.Development of new product ideas in cooperation with the CIO.Skills and Experience:Master’s degree in finance, economics or business with strong academic recordsMin 12 years + of relevant portfolio management experience and investment research in Global equity markets.Proven and successful track record in generating value in the equity asset classExperience in ESG/SRI thematics is a plusSolid management and leadership skills, along with an outstanding capacity to communicate and interact with peopleBroad asset class knowledge would be highly beneficialFor a discreet and confidential conversation please feel free to contact me directly on email at s.burke@integerexecutivesearch.com or on my direct line +353 1 697 8631
