Maytronics' Global Operations Division is driving a strategic transformation, tasked with establishing global operational processes and policies to support the group's strategy execution. We seek a Head of Global Procurement to lead the critical organizational change from decentralized, local purchasing to a high-impact Global Strategic Procurement function. This is a unique opportunity to take part in shaping the future supply chain of a global brand, drive massive cost efficiencies, and strategically align procurement to support our business expansion to D2C channels.Job Description: Lead the global procurement function for Maytronics by building and managing a strong, resilient, and cost-effective supplier ecosystem that supports all global operations. The role includes driving category strategies, global negotiations, supplier development, cost reduction initiatives, and risk mitigation across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities Global Procurement Transformation & Efficiency Develop, implement, and deploy multi-year category strategies and global procurement policies across all regions Lead Make/Buy analysis and Dual Sourcing planning to drive significant TCO reduction and cost-down initiatives through complex, multi-million-dollar global negotiations and contract management Global Supplier Management & Risk (SRM) Establish and manage the global supplier ecosystem. Execute supplier risk assessments, build N-1/N-2 strategies for business continuity, and manage escalations/disruptions for critical categories. Procurement Planning, Data & Compliance Align procurement forecasts and planning with global SIOP processes. Utilize ERP (Priority), BI, and TCO analysis for data-driven decisions.Requirements:5+ years of senior management experience in procurement, with a proven track record of building a global procurement organization. - required Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (Plastics, Electronics) and excellent analytical, financial, and cost modeling skills. Proven experience managing complex contracts and suppliers in China, Europe, and North America. Proactive, independent, and organized with strong communication and relationship-building skills. High sense of urgency and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, drive change in a complex, and multiple projects simultaneously in a global environment. Excellent English (verbal and written). Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Economics – required. Master’s degree (MBA) – advantage.
