About Perlo: Perlo is a one-of-its-kind, AI-powered risk prediction platform helping the world’s largest asset class reduce emissions and prevent cost overruns. Our customers are property developers, and we work with some of the Nordics’ leading property developers, like OBOS and Usbl, with a proven track record of converting customers in Norway and Sweden. Now we have our targets set to include the UK and US. Our Product: We’re live and out in the market. Our algorithm is developed specifically for our customers’ needs, so you won’t be working with just-another-GPT-skin company.
Beyond that, our unique database is creating an industry benchmark with data that’s never before been accessible to the market, adding a weight of value behind the work we do and the results we deliver. Think of it as a GPS for property projects. Project teams plan and track their projects in Perlo, and our copilot updates them live where project risks, penalties and delays will occur based on deliverables and ongoing changes to their deliverables.
As a result, they can monitor the progress of their entire development portfolio, enjoy fully automated reports and dashboards, and access an industry-specific assistant that improves their projects, in real time. Your role: We’re looking for a Head of Sales to take charge of Perlo’s revenue growth and business development. You won’t be starting from scratch as we already have a working commercial rig in place. Your job is to drive execution, scale what’s working, and lead our next phase of growth.
You’ll begin by running the sales process yourself (from identifying leads to closing deals), while gradually building and leading a high-performing sales team. This is a hands-on role with clear opportunity to grow into a VP Sales / CRO position. Your responsibilities: Own and run our full-funnel B2B SaaS sales process globally: outreach, demos, proposals, and closing. Track, analyse, and report on key sales metrics to inform decision-making and improve conversion performance. Refine and scale our existing sales rig based on proven playbook experience with our target customer base. Recruit and lead a growing sales team (eg.
SDRs, Account Executives, Lead Generation Specialists). Report directly to the CEO, and collaborate closely with the product team and customer success. You’re a fit if you: Take pride in the quality of work you complete and the results you achieve. Ideally have 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience OR a deep understanding of property development with an outgoing personality. That said, years alone don’t guarantee results. If you believe you can outperform, feel free to show us why. Have closed deals with enterprise and small to medium sized clients.
Are comfortable being hands-on and strategic at the same time. Are confident in high-volume outbound, proactive outreach and closing deals. Are an independent mind who can deliver trusted results through a strong internal drive and second-to-none work ethic. Are excited to scale an existing sales process, while perfecting it as you go. Speak fluent English (Norwegian or Swedish is a major advantage). Have industry experience in property development, project management or construction. Bonus points for: Familiarity with Norwegian and Swedish property development / construction sectors. Experience leading a small sales team or scaling from founder-led sales. Startup or scale-up experience.
Being based in Oslo, London, New York or Dallas. What we offerCompetitive salary, with a commission package and early equity opportunity. An existing international GTM engine and pipeline with customers, metrics and momentum. You can dive right in with the Perlo sales engine (inclusive of a sales playbook, flows and a professionally geared Hubspot setup), and improve it as you grow. Direct impact on our internal workflow and autonomy in your role. Office, hybrid or remote setup opportunities (Your local and international network will be considered to assess which setup fits best if you live outside of Norway.
